Finally Shooting

Sorry for the lack of updates. Even though it is supposed to be a vacation, it is a very hectic schedule. Today we shot the Free State Championship, this was at distances of 300, 600,800,and 900 Meters. 3 and 6 were relatively benign conditions, however if you were not paying attention you would get mitten. 800 and 900 were a different story the afternoon winds kicked up and made for some challenging shooting. No scores have been posted yet, but I believe that a few of the US shooters did rather well. I know of many cleans that were shot at 3 and 6, less at 8 and the only one I personally know of at 900 was Charles Clark of Colorado.

The picture of the day was taken on the way back to the hotel. We saw a pair of Giraffe walking through a field.

I will try to get more updates more often

Thanks for the updates, Scott. SABU hasn’t gotten scores up as of 12:10 PM PDT, and we’re dying to hear results.

    How many competitors are there?

    Scott,
Yeah, SABU is very slow to get any results posted. I have to follow through the British team site. Looks like Ty and Emil had a pretty good day along with Charles Clark. Ya’ll just keep on hammering, we’re pulling for ya here!
