Time to catch up

Wed was a busy day. We shot 4 ranges, the Queens 1st stage at 3,5&6 and the Conan Doyle at 900. I had a less than stellar day, as I dropped 4 points in the Queens 1 and did not make it through to the 2nd stage. The Conan Doyle went better. I lost 2 points and had one of the higher scores on my detail.

Thursday morning was the Prince of Wales, then off to pick up the family. Family in tow it was off to see Stonehenge and the Salisbury Cathedral. The historical sights in this country are amazing.

Friday morning was the Jr team Kolipore team match, for which I was the main wind coach. The highlight of the match was coaching one of my teammates to a possible possible, ie a perfect score.
After an afternoon of attempting to find a place to eat, it was back to the range to shoot in the Donaldson final.

Next came dinner and an amazing fireworks show to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the NRA/UK.

Today is the Queens final in the afternoon, then the prize giving.

More later
